• EMS from JAPAN with tracking number -- unless agreed upon otherwise.
• We are not responsible for packages without insurance lost by the post office, but all packages will have basic $150US insurance with EMS.
• Postal insurance is required for covering any postal loss and damage.
• We must receive documents of proof of postal loss or damage in order to process any insurance claim.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays from the post office.
• We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to postal boxes (P.O. boxes).
